Projects & Consulting

While most property management companies offer “full” or “financial only” service platforms, we offer non-contracted services that many smaller or self-managed associations might need from time-to-time. Our industry expertise and experience can help in many ways.

These “ala cart” services are all negotiated based on the needs of the association.

  • Board Training – In-depth presentations on specified topics, such as accounting, contracts, effective Board meetings, insurance, project management and more.  Additionally, we provide a general “Board Basics” presentation touching on all of the core competencies listed above.

  • Governing Documents – Advising and drafting policy resolution and Rules & Regulations, clarifying state, federal and local statutes and facilitating amendments and re-writes to governing document sets. (Note: We are not licensed attorneys)

  • Insurance Assistance – Helping to understand insurance needs and requirements, aiding in securing insurance coverage and management of complicated insurance claims. (Note: We are not a licensed insurance carrier or agent)

  • Project Management – A customizable offering to aid in large capital projects from generating the scope to soliciting contractor bids and managing the project to completion. This offering addresses a wide and diverse scope of need depending on the project
